can you handle what i'm about to do
Nov. 23rd, 2009 12:25 amEarlier today I was going to post this:

It's Adam's newly formed band. I was going to point out the especially pretty little bassist, Tommy, and talk about how I'm really expecting Adam to be hittin' that soon.
But then this happened:

That, in case it wasn't perfectly clear, was Adam and his pretty little bassist, Tommy. During their AMA performance. On prime time television.
And this was after he paraded a couple of dancers around on a leash, ground a male dancer's head to his crotch, and snapped another dancer's thong. The vocals may have not been perfect, the sound was for shit, and he had the fall (from which he recovered like a pro), but he sure as hell didn't hold anything back. Props for that, Mr. Lambert. Props for that.
He went balls to the wall and brought all his gay to the stage, and for those who thought it was too much, ( he has this to say: )
And I love him for it!!! ♥
Also, For Your Entertainment is now available on iTunes. Like today's performance, it's not perfect; but it's a really solid first album. My favorites so far are "Music Again," "Soaked," "Fever," and "Broken Open." I'd tell you more but this great review echoes many of my thoughts, so let's save me the time and just go there instead. *g*
