Presumed to be awesome.

Back in L.A. this week. This surprises no one, right? Even though the airport was INSANE (on a TUESDAY? this made NO sense to me!), the flight was uneventful, which is how I like my air travel.

Scooped up wendy and annkiri and headed to the Farmers' Market for a late lunch. Yummy Mexican food was had and much conversing, catching up, and cracking each other up was done. As you do. *g*

After lunch we had some time to kill before baseball, so we walked around The Grove, laughed at people (for the record: hot pink spandex leggings are NEVER a good fashion choice!), and gawked at the insanely HOT and thankfully shirtless male model in front of Abercrombie and Fitch. Then we walked into Nordstrom in search of lipstick and instead ended up in the shoe department where these awesome and SHINY shoes literally called to me and I had to buy them! Apparently, the shoes were not satisfied with ensnaring only me, and also worked their wiles on Becca and Wendy, who also bought the awesome, shiny shoes!!! After buying the Awesome Shiny Shoes (TM), we (naturally) walked by Abercrombie again so that we could gawk at the insanely HOT and thankfully still shirtless male model one more time. *g*

Later we met up with azewewish and sabrinagb so that we could head over to the ball park together, where we joined coolwhipdiva and aproposofnothin. Good friends, good times, and BASEBALL!!! Much to Brenda's delight, the Braves won! I too was delighted with her boys because any time my Diamondbacks can pull out a win AND the Dodgers lose it is a good day!

Today's plans include hanging out with Wendy and Becca, lunch in Studio City, and possibly the Getty. Then more baseball tonight, as Brenda and I will be back to cheer on her Braves! Before all that, though, there REALLY needs to be more coffee.
