It was originally B's recipe and I've tweaked it some. But, OMG, the gumbo is SO delicious!!! My mom makes me make it just about every week!

I don't make it in the slow cooker, but you might be able to do that. I'll forward you the recipe -- let me know if the slow cooker works!
