I'll be spending the weekend with the MacManus brothers.

Somehow I had gone all these many years without ever watching The Boondock Saints. I, naturally, blame this travesty on my flist. Clearly you all FAIL, because NO ONE had ever clearly explained to me the burning hotness of the MacManus brothers, their dirtybadwrong love for one another, and the fact that my fannish life would never be complete until I watched this movie. *glares at flist*

I've had the movie on my shelf for gods only know how long, still in the plastic wrapping. Luckily for me, idiosyncratic loves me and did not permit me to tragically continue without knowing the awesomeness of Murphy and Connor. I. LOVED. THIS. MOVIE. *glee*

Now that Jo's corrected this tragic lapse in my fannish existence, I think I'll be spending the rest of the weekend reading the BDS yuletide fics. \o/

Clearly, you've never had to listen to me tell all & sundry about the film & the brothers & how, on a bad day, their Dirty!Wrong!Gay!Love trumps every single person who talks to me about Wincest. (My normal reply is, keep it, man, I've got the MacManus Brothers & my brocest trumps yours every day of the week & twice on Sunday after Mass.)
