So I recorded and watched Criminal Minds yesterday because I thought Riley Smith was going to be in the episode. It turns out that they aired a repeat instead, so there was no Riley. It wasn't a complete loss, however, because as it turns out one of the regular characters, Derek Morgan, is played by the VERY HOT Shemar Moore. And, OMG, why had no one told me about this boy before??? He's gorgeous! Look:




He completely ROCKS the dress shirt and tie in the show:

Isn't he pretty? And, he's pretty everywhere, as you can see in this very naked and VERY NSFW picture of Mr. Moore. So, yes, I may just become a fan of Criminal Minds.

How did you (and Jo, apparently) NOT know about the hotness that is Shemar Moore? I mean, if I'd known there were people out there who didn't, I certainly would have spread the word. I just thought it was a given... like gravity. ;)

As I pointed out to Kate, given the bulk of his acting work was a daytime soap and Soul Train...I haven't watched daytime TV in 20 years, so yeah.

I wish I could say I hadn't watched daytime TV in 20 years. Does it make it better or worse that I didn't watch it by choice? (although occasional moments of hotness like Shemar, Jensen, and Keith Hamilton Cobb over the years have made it somewhat bearable)
