The Indiana Court of Appeals ruled yesterday that a judge who ordered, as part of a divorce decree, that two Wicca believers had to shield their son from "non-mainstream religious beliefs and rituals" over-stepped his statutory authority. This is good news. The system worked just as it should: a poor decision was made but was corrected by the appellate system.
